Because the Philippines delivers value for organizations that outsource key business processes,
the outsourcing industry is growing at a very rapid rate. Employment is in excess of 300,000 and revenues exceeded
$5 billion in 2007, a 34% increase over 2006. The increase reflected improving perception of the Philippines as a
tier-one outsourcing center, and new investment in the industry approaching $435 million.
In 2008, revenues are expected to grow at least another 30 percent to $7 billion. And by 2010, the Business
Processing Association of the Philippines (BPA/P) projects revenues to increase to $12.2 billion, representing 10
